Have you ever wanted to say yes and no to something simultaneously? It happens to me often. The idea sounds great, and my people-pleasing tendencies make yes the easy answer, but I know myself well enough to see the reality won't be my cup of tea, and I'll regret my decision as soon as I make it. If you've ever felt this way, you have two choices. One: say yes, and go, and embrace the decision while not second-guessing or allowing yourself to waste time and mental energy regretting the choice, or two: say no and move on. The problem isn't always the choice but how we respond to it.
