Snow can be an unwelcome visitor in many parts of the country late in February (unless you ski!). If you live in areas where it is rarely seen, it can be an exciting, unexpected guest. Much like this snow, every situation is what you make of it. The facts are the same no matter where you live. It is precipitation coming out of the sky. The only difference is how we all choose to respond to it. I'm not known for my love of cold weather, but today, I've got my mittens ready and my snow hat on, and I'm heading out to enjoy the day.
