The silence trap

Great leaders develop relationships with their teams. These deeper connections often lead to more timely communication and prevent narratives from taking root and spinning a web of misinformation. If silence replaces communication, employees will likely spend more time and energy questioning expectations and their performance. This impacts productivity and morale, creating more issues that leaders must address. Good communication is crucial. It starts on day one and never stops.
