Not a lot of jobs have a singular focus these days. It can be frustrating when the role constantly evolves; for some, it can trigger a shift into a fixed mindset. "It's not my problem. I don't know how to do that. I don't want to do that." Those feelings may have some validity, but next time, try to take a pause and choose to participate outside your comfort zone. Be vulnerable and ask questions. Learn new skills. Starting is often the hardest part. Once momentum kicks in, it gets easier. Choose growth and see where it takes you.
