Over the last year, I've tagged my posts with #Forward. It was chosen as my reminder to be intentional each day, focusing on working towards something meaningful, aligned with my values, and positively impactful for clients. As the second year of Atlas Gray begins, I want to select another word. #Realize came to life as I evolved my programs and coaching by clarifying my interests and what clients needed. #Realize is about awareness, understanding, and making it happen. Choosing a new word also helps me with accountability, and I'm excited about seeing #Realize for the next year!
