The best wins as a leader, for me, were people driven. It was a gift to see someone accomplish something they didn't think possible or watch confidence increase and leadership skills build. Success comes when people want to do better and leaders want to help them. No one should be as invested in your improvement as you, but working with a leader who wants you to get better and understands there is no single path to get there can make a big difference.
