We all need a visual sometimes to remind us of what we already know. I have a rock on my desk with the word patience (thanks, KV!). I know patience isn't a strength of mine. Having this rock in sight reminds me that I can do better. I'm a big fan of sticky notes too. It is funny how much easier it is to hear advice from a rock than humans, sometimes.
