Learning is an observable behavior. If I share something I learned from a mistake, a book, or a class, those around me see my actions. Even better, it becomes part of my culture when I relate that new material to a work or home environment and adapt it into my everyday practices. Repeating this process and encouraging others to do the same brings in continuous information and ideas. Imagine the possibilities!
