Imagine if we were like cameras and could adjust our focus whenever needed. Sadly, we don't come with auto-focus, but we can improve our awareness and recover from distractions faster with practice. To strengthen focus, do things that require full attention, such as breathing exercises, mind puzzles, reading, meditation, and physical activity. Improving a sleep routine and getting enough restful sleep can also help. Stay away from multi-tasking and actions that lead to overthinking.
