Do you have everything you need packed and ready to go?
Are you dressed for success?
Stay hydrated
Do you have access to a quiet space if needed?
Do you have a plan to manage stress? Can you manage your tone and communication if anxiety creeps in during your moment?
Practice breathing before you need it, and find a rhythm you like and can return to when needed.
Manage your circle of people around you. Say no, and limit unnecessary distractions to prioritize yourself ahead of time.
